HELLO

Introducing
Piccadilly Beck

Our People

The Piccadilly Beck Team

Our team are all Chartered Psychologists in Occupational and Coaching psychology as well as Associate Fellows of the British Psychological Society. As leadership consultants we each have 20 plus years’ experience working with businesses, across sectors and geographies as well as in elite sport.
Our work is guided by the principle that development starts from within, and no organisation can grow faster than those leading it. Our deep psychological knowledge is intertwined with an understanding of how organisations work. We are specifically interested in human development and are practiced in the art, craft, and science of helping people become their best selves. Between us we also do pro bono work for women’s mental health, women’s football, British rowing, and advocacy for children.

of leadership. We believe sustainable versatility is built on the
following principles:

Depth of self-awareness

Exploration of learning edge

Intentional action

A breadth of perspective

A compelling reason to change

Self-reflection

This leads us to work with our clients
in these three dimensions:

At Piccadilly Beck we focus on Leadership Versatility, enabling leaders to
take new, more expansive perspectives on themselves, their world, and the people in it. We consider that our work is about enabling real people to create real change. If you cannot transform yourself, you cannot transform the world and the people around you.
