The highly individualised and nuanced leadership insights reports really enabled each of them to reflect on the key development they needed and what was going to be most powerful for them in realising their potential for broader leadership roles.  The population-level insights were also invaluable in helping us to shape and refine the design of the programme so it best met the needs of the partner population and focused on the capabilities needed for future success. The flexibility and responsiveness of the Piccadilly Beck team allowed us to ensure that all 52 partners had their insights and debrief sessions within a short time period that dovetailed with the broader programme scheduling.
